Had my 20+ year old AC unit replaced Great experience with Craig Air Conditioning! My AC unit was over 20 years old, and their technician did an excellent job replacing it. He was professional, knowledgeable, and got everything done in under 3 hours. He explained everything, worked efficiently, and made sure everything was running properly before leaving. Really impressed with the service and how smoothly everything went. Highly recommend Craig Air Conditioning!

Craig was absolutely amazing! He got our AC fixed quickly! Our family is especially thankful since it's the hottest part of the year! We will definitely use him for future issues!

We had ac issues. And the tech came right out to fix the problem. For that I would rate a 5. HOWEVER on the completion the interaction rated a 1 star. So that’s why I split the baby n the middle. You see I can add and divide as well. The tech looked at me and asked if I spoke “good enough English”. My response was why wouldn’t I? I don’t know what was being implied. But yeah I really do know. And it’s sad. You have the technical skills down to a science. But please work on your customer service skills as well.

This was not the first time we’ve used Bryan. He is my a/c go-to guy. He communicates well/timely and very knowledgeable. He was accommodating in working with my schedule which was a huge relief.
