My son diagnosed inguinal hernia by Craig Smith MD on January. We have been waiting for more than two months for my son's surgery date. Every time we called, they will call us soon but I didn't get any calls. I can't believe that hospitals can neglect patients like this. It is very frustrated and bad experience!
Dr Smith is great but the wait time is ridiculous. Every time we come here with our toddler the wait time on average is 1.5 hours. Today’s visit is tracking to be 2 hours late. I understand being busy , he’s an amazing urologist but then the practice shouldn’t jam pack and overbook the schedule. No point in appointments if we have to pad them by two hours. It’s really tough with a child.
