I am so pleased to finally have found an experienced board certified dermatologist in Southern Oregon that I like and trust. Dr. Kraffert is very knowledgeable, professional, and polite. He knew exactly what my skin condition was and how to treat it. He even gave me a coupon card for the prescription I needed to help me with my copay at the pharmacy. Medford Derm is a beautiful office with a very helpful and friendly support staff. I will definitely be referring all of my friends and family to Dr. Kraffert at Medford Derm.
