I had an appointment at 1:00 p.m. I arrived early to a locked door, waiting until 1:10 when the staff finally arrived. I signed in as the first patient, gave my paperwork as a new patient along with my I.D. I was told to wait. I waited for an hour as 4 other patents were escorted into the exam rooms, one even stating that he was early. I asked why and was just told to wait. I finally left. I felt like the staff was rude and did not inform me either of the doctor's delay, or some other reason for the delay.
