Cragon automotive always does an excellent job, been going there several years and have never been disappointed, just a great company
Brought my car in to fix a broken window in mid may. Did not receive the vehicle back until late July, after insisting somebody reach out to me as I called multiple times with no return phone call - magically the repair was done within an hour. Got a big story about how he couldn't get it done because he can't get people to come in to work. When I went to pick the car up it had no power steering. Walked back in to have him look and he told me "maybe I just got used to driving the other car". Still have no power steering.
Great service! They kept me informed throughout the service and pricing was honest and fair.
Just because I’m a woman they wanted to put brakes rotors and calipers in my car. Had them changed 5 months ago. Also catalac converter back. I took it to another place. Only one pipe needs changed out. I will not go to anyone who lies about unnecessary parts and unwarranted labor
Kevin Cragon and his crew are incredible, they did some great work to my son’s car. Will definitely be back !
