Very resourceful group of folks for business owners.
This agency is conservative and their operations are archaic. HR/Management operates in fear and will pass that stress along to you. The c-suite members are old high school friends and you will get caught in office politics. Instead of focusing on work, they will scrutinize your behavior and find any subtle reason to terminate. This is why they are always “understaffed”. They do not believe in inclusion and diversity is often scared away. From my experience, I’d suggest taking another opportunity.
Cragin & Pike is a poor excuse for a business . Completely unprofessional, completely unethical , and totally unaccountable. The way they conduct business should be totally unacceptable. Maybe because I was an African American client I didn’t get the same treatment and respect as other so that would mean this company is also racist ..
