After we were seated we waited about 15 minutes before the server came. When our meals arrived the sweet potato fries were cold, and our meals were lukewarm. One of us ordered a Margarita, it was watered down and she was unable to drink it-she was charged $20 for the drink. When she question being charged for a drink she could not consume, she was told that alcoholic beverages must be paid for whether you consume them or not, yet tere is no signage or indication of that on the menu.. I ordered a crab boil and requested mild and I was given medium. They dipped my food in hot water to get rid of the spice and remade the mild sauce. I only ate 2 shrimp and half of potato which did not taste good. I tried to return it and couldn't. I was told they won't take it back because they could not waste food because they would loose money. The manager spoke with me and said she couldn't do anything. Ordered 1 lb of snow crab boil, said mild and Cajun. We ordered 3 of these. The waiter brought out the special. When we said something he thought we wanted the special. Talked to the manager and because we opened the bag and they couldn’t take the food back we had to deal with it or pay more money. All we asked for was to make it right for 2 clusters each. They did nothing to fix their mistake

I always order the dozen of stem oysters and the combine em bag with whole shrimps and crab legs along with corn and potatoes, etc. For the most part I'm satisfied. As of lately somebody is heavy hand in the back with the spices. Still my go to spot though. No one has yet to beat them out in the city.
