My husband and I frequent this store and are always greeted as soon as we walk in. The full staff is incredibly friendly and knowledgeable, which makes each shopping experience enjoyable.
Horrible customer service. Went in to pick up an online order and instead of the cashier saying “I’m sorry, we haven’t had a chance to get to online orders. Would it be okay if I have you come back?” we were told “I haven’t gotten to it. There are 6 totes. I have other people to help.” One cashier can ruin an entire store. Ma’am, if you don’t want to be around people, don’t be a cashier. We even walked around the store before going to the counter and were happy to see things we’d come back to buy. Nope.
