Would give 0 stars if I could. We had so many problems with Rush and Craftworks that we eventually sued in small claims court and won. However, Rush still has not paid us the money we are legally owed.
If I could give 0 starts I would. This company The owner did not complete over $2k of work that we paid for. He stated work would be complete in 2 weeks and after 5 months it is still not complete. He had poor craftmanship, lacked attention to detail and would not follow manufacturer instructions. He also had to get another contractor involved due to not being able to do the work himself.
