Offered a competitive price and installation looks to be well done. They seemed to communicate pretty good before the install, but day of and after there’s been no communication but the invoice. No one came up to us day of installation to talk with us or talk with us after they finished just left. My biggest problem is they’ve left materials that weren’t used at my house. Craftsmen Roofing was amazing to work with. I was able to call for a siding issue and Jason came out the same day to take a look at the issue and fixed it in 5 minutes! I would definitely recommend working with Craftsmen and will use them for any future needs as well!
This is a great company to work with. I'm in Lexington, KY and had storm damage to several shingles on my roof. Insurance initially approved only replacement of damaged shingles, but my contact person, Ben Fataua, was able to negotiate a complete roof replacement. Throughout the process, I was regularly updated about ordering and delivery of materials, estimated start date and my satisfaction after the job was completed. I am 100% satisfied and highly recommend Craftsmen Roofing and Exteriors!
