I first spoke with Cody but worked primarily with Justin through the quote and the work. Both were so kind and down to earth! Justin walked me through the whole process and offered the most cost effective and long term suggestions for our floors. He was never out of touch and awesome at communication. We recently had our family room, upstairs hallway, and staircase updated with oak hardwood flooring by Craftsman Wood Floors, and we couldn’t be happier with the results. Cody and Justin did amazing! They were very patient and in constant communication. Cody answered my dozens of calls per day and kept sending us updated pictures since we live out of state. I would 100% use them again. Our floors are incredible.
As a first-time homeowner, I was nervous about hiring a contractor to work on our century house, but it was completely worth it.
