Will Fraser wrote a contract on the sale of our home to his clients. He missed the due diligence deadline that he wrote and also wrote that if missed there would be a financial penalty of $1,000 that would be paid from his clients earnest money. He missed the deadline and his clients backed out of the sale. Will refuses to honor the contract that he wrote and says that I’m unreasonable for the fact I want him to honor his contract.
