We used Craftsman Inspections for the second time for our final inspection on the building of our new build home. We also used his services for our pre drywall inspection. He did an excellent job. In comparison to the builders inspector Tim found 39 total issues, and the builder’s inspector found 18 issues. The reports that Tim sends are in depth and very well written. The quality of the inspection definitely comes out in the reports. He even found a slight gas leak that was not found by anyone else. He will definitely work ... read more
