We can’t get anyone from this company to return a call or a text message, it’s like they think it’s a dating app and they ghosting us. We spent a small fortune on glass and rails for an outside deck and stairs as well as had a custom designed set of sliding office doors done in the interior. The sliders are 3 years old and have only intermittently worked. Despite be “adjusted” last year they are now stuck in a partially open position and it looks like one rail is disconnected.
