We can’t get anyone from this company to return a call or a text message, it’s like they think it’s a dating app and they ghosting us. We spent a small fortune on glass and rails for an outside deck and stairs as well as had a custom designed set of sliding office doors done in the interior. The sliders are 3 years old and have only intermittently worked. Despite be “adjusted” last year they are now stuck in a partially open position and it looks like one rail is disconnected. Mark has been a big part of the success of my laneway house build. I feel blessed to have found him. He is extremely professional and patient and was able to provide me with the proper glazing options to execute my design perfectly. He recommended me the SCHUCO curtain wall system and I couldn't be happier with that decision.
