When it comes to hiring someone to work on anything I own I typically like to work off referrals from friends and family. This is the second project we've had Craftsman Direct do for us this year. We asked Lee to refinish a beautiful table whose top had been scarred through years of use. Lee sanded the top, matched the color perfectly and applied polyurethane. A few bubbles appeared in the polyurethane and it was LEE who was not satisfied with the finish after it dried. We chose Craftsman Direct because of the glowing reviews and our expectations were exceeded. So pleased with our first major job that we added on two more. Lee immediately came out to diagnose our house leak, which required both exterior and interior repairs to our second floor. He was at our house daily--on time and all day--until the repair was fixed and the exterior and interior repaired and painted.
