Framers and electricians did a good job. Finishers suck. Final grade wasn't a final grade. More or less just left over clay pushed around to look like a final grade, tons of rocks and boulders, no topsoil. Microwave was held in with one screw actually in a stud. The other screws were just dry wall screws. Sad part is its not like the mount had a lack of options for placing the screws, perhaps the owner cheaped out on batteries and the stud finder was dead.. We’ve worked with Dave for over a decade now, if you’re thinking about building and aren’t satisfied with the options or quality of a national builder it may be worth considering a custom home from a local builder such as Craftsman Custom Homes. There are a variety of floor plans to choose from and if you want to make changes that is no big deal. You can also make all of the selections (beyond just package a or b) and what you see is what you get, the specs & models are all priced as shown.
What a joke. As others have found out the hard way like me, Dave doesn't take calls, answer email, texts or letters. No repairs for "punch list", No 1 year walk through, final grade is supposed to be smoothed out dirt, not dirt with 10" ruts in it. His Remax agent, Mike Doyle is a joke as well. Asked him to help us out but just tells me "I hate it when you send me these emails, leave me alone!" He sure didn't mind taking my money.....
