Brought my car in for repairs after a rear end accident. They fixed it quickly and provided a courtesy car while the repairs were being done and the repair looks great. What I am really impressed with is the kind service I received when I followed up a few weeks later with another issue that I wasn't sure if it was accident-related or not. The manager called me and let me know that it was not accident related but a common issue with my type of vehicle due to wear and tear. I would like to express my disappointment with the service I received at Craftsman Port Moody. Despite three in-person visits to address ongoing car issues, my concerns remain unresolved. The quality of workmanship was subpar, and I felt that my experience as a customer was not valued. Given these circumstances, I cannot recommend this center to others seeking reliable automotive service. I hope they take this feedback seriously and make necessary improvements in the future.
