Receptionust sure knows how to support customer service call. She shows 0 patience and unwilling to answer questions. I have a busy schedule as well. I need answers to fit my plan. Hung up on her because her voice was unbearable. Next shop.
I have had to take my vehicle here a few times and both times nothing but friendly, professional and kind service. Workmanship is excellent, customer service is above and beyond. Paul the assistant manager is always welcoming and helps to make the stressful experience an easy one. This team goes above and beyond. Have used this location on 96th Avenue in Walnut Grove in Langley several times for repair work and am always pleased with the exceptional service. Work is done in a timely manner, the repair work is second to none, my vehicles are always returned shiny and clean, the staff is courteous and informative and the loaner cars are new and spotless. I highly recommend this location for repairs
