I called for an appointment to repair my 2001 car with ICBC claim at this location, and was told they are fully booked. I asked if I can book in next week or next month still got “not available” answer. Don’t know why they reject icbc repairs.
Just had a car worked on there through an ICBC claim and I was very happy with how quick the turn around was. The job has been excellent and Richard was fantastic with communicating and keeping me in the loop!
