I brought my car here after an accident, and Tristan really helped me out. The courtesy car was clean, the staff was professional and friendly, and my car looks brand new again! I would definitely come here again (if I need to haha)
Guys are doing an awesome job there, transparency in all steps of the process, top notch services.
They were quick, efficient and very friendly. My car was fixed on time and as discussed with no delay and was returned cleaned and in better condition than I had dropped it off. I would 100% use them again for any of you car repair needs.
Wouldn't repair my vehicle, because it had rebuilt status, kind of uppity about it too. Two minutes phoning found several that would.
I had a great experience at Craftsman Collision. Paul and everyone else who assisted at the Langley location was fantastic—super friendly and efficient. My car was repaired faster than I expected, and when I picked up my car I noticed they also cleaned the inside! I'm extremely grateful for their excellent service.
