I am still awaiting a response regarding the replacement of the damaged lining at no expense to me, as the representative who assisted me acknowledged the error and took full responsibility. Although he assured me that the issue would be rectified, no further action has been taken. Given that the damage was solely caused by their employee, I firmly believe that it is their responsibility to rectify the issue, rather than relying on my insurance or providng me with adequate compensation to get it fixed. They where great went out of there way and beyond
Took too long with vehicle, and when the vehicle was done, there were lots of little details that needed tending to that they did not do. For the amount the insurance pays for this service, I feel the work should have been higher quality.
