I am still awaiting a response regarding the replacement of the damaged lining at no expense to me, as the representative who assisted me acknowledged the error and took full responsibility. Although he assured me that the issue would be rectified, no further action has been taken. Given that the damage was solely caused by their employee, I firmly believe that it is their responsibility to rectify the issue, rather than relying on my insurance or providng me with adequate compensation to get it fixed. Took too long with vehicle, and when the vehicle was done, there were lots of little details that needed tending to that they did not do. For the amount the insurance pays for this service, I feel the work should have been higher quality.

I had my Nissan Frontier fixed at Williams Lake Craftsman Collision this month after being hit. I’m so happy I chose to have it fixed here. It came back better than I could imagine. All the staff were super friendly and helpful. It’s really nice to call a business these days and get a person to answer. Kelly was super helpful and made sure it was convenient for me. I would highly recommend getting collision repair here.
