They where great went out of there way and beyond
Took too long with vehicle, and when the vehicle was done, there were lots of little details that needed tending to that they did not do. For the amount the insurance pays for this service, I feel the work should have been higher quality.
I had my Nissan Frontier fixed at Williams Lake Craftsman Collision this month after being hit. I’m so happy I chose to have it fixed here. It came back better than I could imagine. All the staff were super friendly and helpful. It’s really nice to call a business these days and get a person to answer. Kelly was super helpful and made sure it was convenient for me. I would highly recommend getting collision repair here.
One of the best customer service I received in town. They maintain high standards and meet the deadlines in a perfect manner. Communication is top notch. Kelly at the front desk is doing an amazing job.
Ryan was awesome for fixing a scratch on the tire fender of my car. When it was fixed, it looked like it never happened. Super helpful and amazing customer service!!
