Repaired my car, cleaned it and gave a courtesy cad! Amazing service!
Had a ICBC repair done - passenger side door was fully replaced - within a week the trim came off lose and will need to be reinstalled. And now that we looked closely the door is not flushed to the body properly which explains a different louder sound when we close the new door than any other door of the car. This after we had to wait a month just to get the car in for the repairs. Poor craftsmanship and a poor oversight with no quality check before handing the car back to us - DISAPPOINTED!
I don’t usually leave reviews, but I felt this one was worth it so others know what to expect. I had a great experience overall. I came in without an appointment, and Dmitri still found time to help me — I really think I got lucky that day. When I came to pick up my vehicle, the shop had found another issue. The whole team was lovely to interact with. They were faster than my quoted time and the repairs were up to standard. My Cherokee was in great hands :)
This location did an incredible job repairing my vehicle and finished it faster than expected. At pickup, I was surprised by how clean it was inside and out. It hasn't looked that good since the day I bought it. Thank you!
