I don’t usually leave reviews, but I felt this one was worth it so others know what to expect. I had a great experience overall. I came in without an appointment, and Dmitri still found time to help me — I really think I got lucky that day. When I came to pick up my vehicle, the shop had found another issue. This location did an incredible job repairing my vehicle and finished it faster than expected. At pickup, I was surprised by how clean it was inside and out. It hasn't looked that good since the day I bought it. Thank you!
Craftsman Collision Port Coquitlam was extremely considerate of my time and finished my repair sooner than the expected time. Dmitri is professional and efficient at providing an estimate for my repair, and the receptionist was friendly and accommodating.
I' don't normally write reviews but I was so impressed with the people working there I had to say something. They are terrific and certainly worth a visit.
