Repaired my car, cleaned it and gave a courtesy cad! Amazing service!
Had a ICBC repair done - passenger side door was fully replaced - within a week the trim came off lose and will need to be reinstalled. And now that we looked closely the door is not flushed to the body properly which explains a different louder sound when we close the new door than any other door of the car. This after we had to wait a month just to get the car in for the repairs. Poor craftsmanship and a poor oversight with no quality check before handing the car back to us - DISAPPOINTED!
I don’t usually leave reviews, but I felt this one was worth it so others know what to expect. I had a great experience overall. I came in without an appointment, and Dmitri still found time to help me — I really think I got lucky that day. When I came to pick up my vehicle, the shop had found another issue.
