Been multiple times over the past 2 years and they fail to exceed expectations. The most hospitable and knowledgable staff. I had to pay $200 for an engine light diagnostic at my Hyundai dealership when they did it here for free! The dealership also made the issues seem so urgent and bad when really there wasn’t an issue which Craftsman Auto figured out. They are honest and don’t ever try to exaggerate problems or upcharge on anything. Truly the best, Mike, David, and Greg!!!
First time customer, great experience. Were able to accommodate a quick turn on my appointment/vehicle. The assessment on the car was done quickly, and with only getting me the best value for the needed repair. No upsell, just good service with friendly, honest and professional customer service. Love this place! It's convenient and fast and they always take great care of me, my truck and all the family vehicles. Mike and Greg at the front counter, are great, very knowledge, but most importantly, funny!! And u get points! And they send out regular coupons
