Great customer service!
I recently had an issue with the engine shield being loose and flapping. My father had a repair done on my car about a year ago at this shop, so he told me to go back. Thanks to a guy named Rob, I was in and out in no time. They put a new clip in to secure the shield. They told me that if i wanted a replacement i would have to pay, though i thought the repair warranty should cover it. Anyway there was no need to do that. Their service was free and effective so i gotta give them a good rating.
This place is terrible. My wife hit a deer last year and not only did they take forever to fix her car, they didn't even do it correctly. My insurance company had to take it to a corrective autobody shop to fix their work. Talk about incompetent. I did everything I could to get USAA to drop them from their preferred shops list. I wouldn't be suprised if they finally did. Save yourself the headache and go somewhere else. They are clueless and rude.
If you want to get it in two simple words "Stay Away ". I just reached (1/27/2014 3.45pm) home from the carftsman auto body shop (9 Bryant Ct Sterling, VA) and still in such a frustration, disappointment, Irritation... etc... Which i never ever faced in my 8 years of USA life... Thanks Craftsman Auto Body Shop who helped me to taste that… Thanks again… I will write detail review once I become normal...
DO NOT USE! THESE GUYS ARE CROOKS! I brought my car into this location for a fender bender. They provided my insurance company a quote to repair the fender. Once they started work, they jacked up the price based on what my deductible was. My insurance company only approved the initial quote so since the difference was under my deductible they thought I would have to pay the difference based on the new price.
