Did a good job . No short cuts used ,not afraid to get his hands dirty..did what was nessasary in good time ..cost was less than expected...teck took time out to answer all my questions..previous company we had used before should of done the dirty work years ago..update 8-28-2018:this is no longer crafton but carbon service make sure you get a quote on the cost before the job as carbon charges crazy high prices .
I had to call Crafton's because I live in a small town and they were the only one locally that dealt with the brand of washer I had. In the past they also have came out for my stove/oven and were also great then. They responded quickly and courteously. Kept my floors clean by using protective gear on their shoes. David, the repairman, was friendly and was patient in explaining what the issue was and how it could be fixed.
