Was to have power washing services on driveway after representative texted all the info on procedure that is done for the job.Time was set up on first appointment in morning was sent a text early the morning of the appointment and was told machine broke down and was going to get another machine and told could come another day.Was in touch and set up another appointment the following week same time . They not only sent reminders, but alerted me that they would be a little late. Nice young men who went above and beyond to do a great job.
Had a wonderful experience with DK services. Had my whole house pressure washed and my gutters cleaned. He did an amazing job and was prompt and communicated at every turn. I feel like I absolutely got what I paid for and I will be using this company from here on out for pressure washing and cleaning services. Highly recommend.
