I called about bringing in my car to get fixed on an insurance claim. I wasn’t sure how the process works and the receptionist was very rude and condescending to me. I’m glad I found another place to bring my business as our conversation got heated very quickly. Very poor customer service.

Already spoke with the manager, he was 1000% sure he couldn’t do a better job. The problem is clear in the pictures. This was my father’s van, it is about two months old. My father is afraid to argue. I told him this is unacceptable as a professional repair and it is not finished. I will file a complaint with the Florida Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services (FDACS). I will also file with their Corporation.
