Great work, great customer service, GREAT ATTITUDE, GREAT EVERYTHING. Yes, no one wants to be in a collision center but if you do find your self in that need, this is the place to go. Accurate updates, on time notices, they take care of you like no one else does. Front desk Kelly, Estimator Kelly, really make the experience great keeping you informed and solving every issues even out of their hands. (Insurance company, rental car issues, etc). GREAT WORK!
I FEEL EVERYONE SHOULD BE AWARE OF GERBER COLLISION & GLASS ON EAST HIBISCUS BLVD IN MELBOURNE FL. I had a paint repair done on my car by Gerber(Hibiscus) and it was the worst repair service I have ever had. I feel the paint repair done on my car by Gerber(Hibiscus) was not done properly and I feel Gerber(Hibiscus) caused other damages & problems & issues to my car. Nicole and the staff did a great job with my 2022 Genesis GV80. The car has a matte grey paint color and I was concerned it wouldn’t look the same when I got it back but the car looked brand new as if I just got it from the dealer. Nicole kept me informed of every step of the repair process and they finished everything up earlier than originally expected which was a pleasant surprise. If I ever need auto body work done in the future, I will be returning to this shop.
