I was treated with genuine care, and they took the time to explain the repair process and keep me updated with every step. The quality of work from this center was beyond exceptional. Already spoke with the manager, he was 1000% sure he couldn’t do a better job - His words! The problem is clear in the pictures. This was my father’s van, it is about two months old. My father is afraid to argue. I told the manager this is unacceptable as a professional repair and it is not finished. I informed him right there I will file a complaint with the Florida Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services (FDACS), including this google review.
