Pretty much the worst customer service you could possibly receive and very poor product. My husband chose wood counter tops after our kitchen was redone due to flooding and we could not be more upset with how everything has been handled. The wood was not sealed properly and was not sealed at all on the bottom which led to all of the moisture causing it to bend and warp. From start to finish this was the easiest project that ive ever had done in my home. Ordering and installation was quick and flawless, I will never recommend anyone else. Thanks craftmark:) my home is now complete. Will post pics later.
