Unjustified surcharge for their service again and again and again, I had to dispute the transactions and the fraction I received back was not fair, very bad. I wanted to win by looking for customers in cleaning and I ended up losing with them
The first 2 weeks were great. At the time I set my monthly budget at $200 receiving an adequate amount of leads. After increasing the budget from $200 to $1000, I’ve received nothing but renters, disconnected phone numbers and/or wrong numbers. Furthermore, over the past month I’ve called numerous times requesting a call from management or supervisor to no avail. To this date (6 weeks later) no one has called, email or texted, they did assured me someone would call one day, but couldn’t guarantee when. Extremely disappointed... read more
