If I could give Crafted 10 stars I would. I have a lot of dry, wavy, unruly hair and I was super nervous to try a new salon. But everyone there was so nice and welcoming! Camille was my stylist and she was incredible. She was so kind, so skilled, and so knowledgeable. This was my first curly cut and Camille has a client for life! I booked an appointment three weeks prior and made arrangements to have a car available to make my appointment. Day of, two hours before my appointment with Zoe, they cancelled my appointment and tried to reschedule on a different date and time. I had picked a time outside work hours and they wanted me to come back at 1 pm. They have these strict cancellation policies with numerous reminders for customers but don’t care about making the appointments they book.
