We hired Sean Carroll for work related to one of our café locations and unfortunately had a highly unsatisfactory experience. The work was not completed to standard, and multiple licensed professionals we later brought in identified serious deficiencies, including improper electrical connections that posed potential safety risks. I hired Sean Carroll for construction work on my business and had a deeply disappointing experience. The work was not performed to code, and I later discovered that he does not hold an active contractor’s license. In fact, his license history shows multiple disciplinary actions and a judgment that currently prevents him from legally operating as a licensed contractor in California (CSLB License #1065098). We contracted with this company to do work for a business buildout, not only did they miss every deadline, they did shotty work that had to be redone in most cases - costing us thousands of dollars and delaying our business by months. On top of the shotty work, they also pulled permits with someone else contractors license number. Stay away from this place at all costs. The owner has a history of missing deadlines, not following through and general bad business practices.
