Very disappointing experience. The project took far longer than promised, the quality of work was poor, and the overall process was extremely difficult. I would never hire this company again.
Terrible work all together, would NOT work with again.
Adding one star so this is visible. We paid Crafted Cabinets (Sean Carroll) over $80,000 for cabinetry, but the project didn’t start for six months. He is unlicensed, working on a revoked license, and bullied us for upfront payments. We paid 60% upfront, and he continued to pressure us, threatening not to start work unless we paid 100% in advance, illegal in California. From design to execution, our experience with sean was exceptional. He listened to our needs and designed and built a Kitchen Island that exceeded our expectations. It was a pleasure working with sean. He has our sincerest thanks and gratitude.
