Working with Sean was a disaster from start to finish. Communication was pretty much absent, deadlines were ignored, and the cabinet work was so bad it had to be torn out and redone. I had a really hard time finding anyone willing to fix it because the craftsmanship was that bad and they didn't want to take on the liability. I hired Sean Carroll for what was supposed to be a simple kitchen upgrade. The experience was anything but. Deadlines came and went, communication was minimal, and when I asked about progress, I was constantly met with excuses. Gerry, his assistant, was friendly but he seemed to know Sean was in over his head, which made the experience very awkward. I would not recommend working with this team. I wish we saw the other reviews before we moved forward with him.
Have worked with Sean Numerous times..he's meticulous in his craftsmanship. Helps support other local businesses and His work is well respected by others in the trade.
I was working on a new project and reached out to Sean @ Crafted. He was extremely quick to respond to all my inquiries and completed the job in a time frame that I didn't think would be possible. The finished product was top notch and I couldn't be happier working with Sean. His in house finish also was top notch compared to some finishes we compared to.
I hired Sean Carroll for construction work on my business and had a deeply disappointing experience. The work was not performed to code, and I later discovered that he does not hold an active contractor’s license. In fact, his license history shows multiple disciplinary actions and a judgment that currently prevents him from legally operating as a licensed contractor in California (CSLB License #1065098).
