Anyone looking for assistance on and insurance claim should immediately avoid using craftech and do yourself a favor and contact a public adjuster if you have. Craftech last year came to my home laid out all that was water damaged and required replacement. When I returned home a large portion of what they told me was water damaged was not removed. The insurance company simply told them, no we dont want to replace that. AS CRAFTECH SHOWED ME the cabinets were water damaged as well as the sub floor and required replacement. On... read more
