Craftech showed up at a very unexpected and vulnerable time after our kitchen was destroyed by water damage. Our original pointman Connor R. should go into grief counseling. He was patient at all times, even when he had to answer the same questions over and over while we stared at him in disbelief. Craftech was recommended to us by our plumber after water damage in our finished basement when a toilet pump stopped working. Craftech came out the same day that I called them to view the mess and make a plan. They sent out a technician to do testing that same day. Craftech came back and took over the cleanup. They removed all the wet materials, cleaned up the area, and left fans and dehumidifiers to dry out the rooms. If you have any water damage in your home I would highly recommend CRAFT TECH for the mitigation services.. We had a leak in our kitchen and craft tech was so helpful, very informative and very respectful. Shawn, Connor and our project manager Jake (as well as all the other employees ) were very kind and took the time to explain the process all the way through.
I had a great experience with Craftech. Connor and his team did an excellent job with the demolition and cleanup. everything was handled professionally and he was open to answering all of my questions
Recently, Craftech came to remove some mold from the basement. Connor and Collin were friendly and patient with answering all our questions (including the kids'), and they offered lots of useful advice to prevent future issues. Jake and Craftech was fair, flexible, patient, and pleasant to work with. They left the work area tidy, too.
