I bought a Craftech childs easel from my local art supply store numerous years ago. I liked the sturdy construction and functionality of it. Four years later and after hours of creative enjoyment and rough handling, my three boys broke the side supports. I contacted Craftechs helpful customer service and they sent me a brand new part immediately. This company is a gem and I highly recommend them. Great products AND service. Whats not to love??
