We love the design! Craftbuilt took unused space and made it useable. We like the open concept, the brightness, the lightness. And we love everything about our new primary suite! It’s on the main floor and we get tons of natural light with the large windows. The house looks completely new and different with the refreshed exterior, yet it’s still consistent with the look and feel of the neighborhood. The new sidewalk and exterior paint significantly increase the curb appeal. Visitors say: It’s stunning!”
Aaron and his entire team are the only people we would trust with renovating our home! We had a particularly difficult project of renovating a 1950's home that is located at the bottom of 4 hills, so in a major flood zone, and we wanted to add a second story. Our house is over 100 years old, and we brought Craftbuilt in to renovate a front porch that had seen better days. They reframed the floor, which might have been up to 1908 building codes, but definitely not 2022, and carefully laid in a new floor to match the original. They built a porch gate that matched the look of our home, custom built two screen doors and even recreated a wooden embellishment on the roofline that had broken off at some point.
