Very poor customer service. I gave my number to the hostess so I can be seated. Waited well over the 45 minutes we were told the wait would be. When I walked into to see what was going on I was told we paged you 25 minutes ago. Supposedly our seat was to be ready in five minutes. I went back in again and we were told they were too busy to walk out to the waiting area to see if we were here and ready. That is awfully poor customer service. Our waiter was amazing as well as the service and food.
Consistently the best place around. Food is really good, so are the people that work here. They are all pros at what they do and you can tell. Whoever reads these, I’m sure I’ll see you tomorrow! 😂
My buddy and I swung in for a bite to eat after emptying a 10x20 storage unit. We had a great meal with great service from Ashley A. ! Always a fun and fulfilling experience at Craft Street!
