I grew up in Blacksburg, and have used storage facilities in the area. Craft Self Storage is by far the BEST one I have ever used. Bill is personable, professional, and goes above and beyond to make sure that your unit is clean, accessible, and safe. I rented a larger unit for over a year, and have always had nothing but amazing service. I will use Craft again if I ever have any more storage needs. ALSO, the BEST price around!
We were very pleased with Craft Self-Storage. Bill Craft, the owner, was pleasant and made it easy to make arrangements over the phone and online. The Unit was clean, spacious, secure, and available on short-notice when our son was unable to locate other storage facilities near VT in Blacksburg over the summer. We were relieved to have this facility so close to Blacksburg and will use Craft Self-Storage again in the future.
