Jeff did a highly professional job with our pool renovation. He was very knowledgeable, thorough, and gave us a great deal of good advice. What we liked best was that he was there on site working hands on with his team everday. You can't get that kind of service from the bigger pool companies. Jeff delivered a great product on time and we were very pleased.
I have never had a problem. Jeff will do everything to get whatever is needed. In fact I have to give him a call today.
Absolute terrible customer service. Arrogant owner. Over priced - which is too bad because I really wanted to keep my business in town. Clearly, they don't care if they keep (nor do they need) customers.
