Very disappointing experience. The customer service was extremely rude, especially Kim.
I have came here for about 2 years now, Kim has done a great job cutting my hair, I am always happy with it. Would highly recommend her to anyone. She is very friendly and remembers exactly what type of hair cut I like every time.
