AVOID Dr. Craft, he is nicknamed the butcher for a reason! Left my father with permanent nerve damage in his jaw from wisdom teeth removal. Should not be practicing.
I didn’t read Dr.Crafts reviews until after my wisdom tooth removal, and I am shocked to say the least! I had a wonderful experience at his office. His receptionists were polite, informative and efficient. His nursing staff were extremely caring and really helped calm my nerves. And Dr. Craft must be one amazing surgeon because I am less than 24 hours out from having all 4 teeth removed and I have almost no pain or swelling. They are not connected to the insurance companies, so they charge you more overhead and promise to send a cheque soon after they get money back from insurance companies you have contract with. Bad news; they will not! More than 2 months has passed since I paid.but I received nothing! My address and postal code is right( that’s not the issue) And my insurance company has paid them long ago. One of the Receptionists are very rude and all of them are not helpful. There is a chaos in their financial system if its not a scam! don... read more
