Do not buy a house from this company. They don’t care about you or what your house looks like. They will rush and force you to close so you’ll miss important areas that need correction on the house, then not fix the issue because you didn’t include it on your punch list. The quality of their homes are the worst I’ve ever seen. I’m not sure how this company continues to be in business. Trust me, you’ll regret buying a home from them, ask any person that has bought an house from them and they’ll tell you the same.

Avoid Craft Homes/Dream Finders at all costs. Their poor craftsmanship and high prices are just the beginning. The construction managers and warranty team are disorganized and unresponsive, pushing you to close with numerous outstanding issues that they will never address. They delay endlessly and ultimately fail to resolve problems. Customer care is chaotic, with representatives lacking work ethic and professionalism.
