Craft doors USA is the single worst company I have ever worked with. The craftsmanship, customer service, delivery and installation instructions are shockingly poor on every level. Their customer service associate has refused to assist, even after admitting culpability. She has unfortunately blocked every path of recourse, offering no resolution without legal intervention. I have been unable to reach the owners despite repeated attempts. Please beware.
