Purchased a bottle of Germain Robin Reserve Alambic Brandy last week. Evidently this bottle had been at the liquor store for over 20 years and had been improperly handled. By no fault of Craft Distillers it was bad! moldy cork! Craft Distillers went beyond their responsibility to resolve this issue for me! Thank You for your customer care and I am anxious to enjoy your product as it should be!

Hello, Just wanted to say I have been enjoying your Alambic Brandy for years and it's just fabulous. I've shared the story and information with anyone and everyone that drinks Cognac and tell them how superior your product is to that of the typical product from France. Before trying your Brandy I used to drink Remy Martin and Hennessy VSOP and XO with the occasional Louis XIII for over 30 years, I'm a devout Germain-Robin convert. Thanks for great work you do!
