We just had our Q7 detailed in prep for the winter and Craft did an excellent job, inside and out! Lia was wonderful to work with, very friendly and customer focused. I'm a bit of a car detail nut (no car washes, two bucket washes, multiple mitts, polishing, etc) but since having a kid, I just don't have time to spend hours or days detailing myself so I was a bit nervous having someone else do it.
