Absolutely amazing experience. We had Craft Custom Cabinets complete the cabinets for our kitchen remodel. They were communicative, timely and the quality of the cabinets was exceptional! Loved working with Nick and look forward to working with Craft Custom on our closets next!
They took over when another cabinet contractor disappeared. Not only did they do an amazing job, but they suggested improvements and fixed things the other contractor messed up. I really wish I had found Craft Custom Cabinets first!! Communication was great. The guys were respectful, came in and worked HARD. The cabinets are beautiful with quality construction and functionality. Cannot recommend them enough!! Thank you!
I have worked with Craft on two different houses and have been nothing but impressed with their work. I have very high expectations and am very detail oriented and they are the only subcontractor that has impressed me across the board. Very unprofessional in how they bid, finalized and then walked away at the 11th hour after finalizing with our remodel project for over 5 months. Had seen great online reviews but very disappointed with their professional behavior and complete lack of transparency. Never recommend engaging them on any big project else you will also be left high and dry. I will have our GC reach out to you privately so you exactly know your unprofessional work. I have been a general contractor in Washington for 14 years and have used a lot of different cabinet companies. Craft cabinets is a true full custom cabinet company. Nick and his team provide a high quality product, top quality install, and customer service is next to none. They are and will be my cabinet company for years to come.
