He contacted me immediately when I inquired about his services, guided me on the best type of shots based on my goals, and communicated closely with me from beginning to end. I am a "mature" student who just completed her Master's degree and I contacted Cole at Craft Creek to set up Grad photos with not only myself but with my family as we do not live in Tallahassee. Cole was very responsive and scheduling was really easy! We only got a 20 minute session because of weather and I was really concerned that we didn't get great shots, but to my surprise they turned out excellent!
