I've hired Craft for multiple projects over the years. The last two projects projects were problematic. After I paid an invoice, I learned the project was not fully completed. It took months to get the job finished, but it was finished. Recently I learned that a piece of flashing wasn't installed on a new roof. Now, I can't get him to return my calls/text/emails. I get that mistakes happen, but the professional thing to do is fix them and communicate.

Set up an appointment then was a no show; He was polite and apologized when I called, and I was told he would call me back to Set up an appointment for later the same day never got a callback.

This is the best place to get your work done on your home they have excellent customer service they do great about cleaning up after themselves making sure everything is done to a professional manner if you’re looking to get any type of work done on your home make sure and give them a call first you will not be disappointed.
