I've used Craft Cleaners for more years than I can count. I have always found them helpful and I love their seamstress service as well. Best of all, they are convenient to me, have very good hours, ample parking, and much more.

Have used Craft for over a decade. Very happy with their cleaning, with their pick-up and delivery service, and with the people and service in their shop. Absolutely cannot understand the low ratings - most are old. I recommend them highly. (No, I don't work for them or know anyone there personally!)

I was back in Princeton for a conference last week. The airlines damaged my bag and damaged some of my clothes. I went in and got the tailoring done right whilea I waited. They also pressed the articles to give them a fresh look.

Never had a bad experience after years of using their services. If anything is not right to your taste they will fix it. Nice team, helpful. Does not deserve this low rating. I tried many places around and am very happy with them.

Finally a non chemical/organic dry cleaner in Princeton. I usually don't have the need to have things dry cleaned so I use them maybe three or four times a year for my coats and blazers. But so far it was a good experience and they did a good job.

I took in a raincoat to have it cleaned with 2 different linings. Neither one seemed to fit. I asked the nice lady (Tracy) who waited on me, to try and figure out why the linings would not fit. She spent quite a lot of time on it, but then called me to say that neither lining was the correct lining for the coat. I then searched at home and found a 3rd lining, which was the right fit!
