Great place, will have to make it a regular stop. John definitely knows his stuff!
CBC has one of the best craft beer selections around since John Ruen took over. There are only a few places in the State getting some of the rare beers they are. Also the food is on point! Stop by and tell em Wes sent you! Lol
I give them 5 for the beer and 0 for the food-hence 2.5, I got a hamburger (usual safe choice for this type of place). It was raw inside and I sent it back, I watched someone else sitting at the bar send back a salad. The server tending bar was perfectly courteous and gave me a complimentary beer. I'll come back for beer but eat somewhere else first next time.
Food was delicious & our waiter was very nice, but they should staff more help! Not enough waiters/waitress to keep up!
Friendly Waitress. I really enjoyed the Bacon/Sriracha/Peanut Butter Burger and the Imperial IPA ! Lots of TV's too
Cool place. ...service sucked! Cool place....service sucked...cool place....bad service. It's like they don't want to wait on your table during happy hour when the prices are good for the customer.
