The shop owner is terrific! Really nice guy but I hate to say this…the food was very subpar. The pork belly is extremely fatty. The beef and chicken lacked flavor too. Very one dimensional. Overall, we received a tremendous amount of food, but the flavors did not all come together cohesively. Maybe there wasn’t enough sauce to mix in?
I was in the area and had missed my lunch so I decided to give it a try. I got a build your own mini bowl with Beef and Dalcom (spicy&sweet) sauce. As a Korean, I knew this place was going to be good because they use actual kimchi and Korean gochujang sauce. But they also have other toppings and sauces. The mini bowl felt like Regular size bowl. I am full and satisfied~
I love the Korean build-your-own bowl concept, similar to Chipotle's style! The variety of ingredients and flavors offered is impressive, and the quality of the food is top notch. I was bummed they change their meats but it taste even more delicious. Their pork belly is really good. The portion was generous, and the price is reasonable. It's a great option for a quick, delicious, and healthy meal. Can't wait to go back and try new combinations. The service is the best!
