Words do not describe how wonderful Jeremy and his team are! He installed a whole house filter system that literally changed our lives. He is so funny, honest and stands behind his work and parts. There is no one else I would ever use for well/ septic/ filter needs. I was almost scammed by a very well known company who priced me $2k more than what Jeremy did for the filter system. Craddock is the bees knees!
I can’t say enough positive things about Jeremy and his helper, Taylor. His price was fair, he was transparent and honest, and he took the time to explain things. He even took on our well pump and pressure tank late in the day which required him staying after 5pm to finish on a Friday. Above and beyond! Thank you!
