To start, this location is NOT appealing, it is around the corner from a dispensary and the drug testing for criminals, so lock your car. The office felt like a cheap leasing office for an apartment that has bed bugs. Very weird experience with Michelle, VERY unprofessional, it felt to me as if a high schooler was acting as if she knew what she was doing. Trust me, there are PLENTY of other commercial real estate agencies in this area, just do yourself a favor and pass on these guys.
I've been a client with Craddock for almost a year now and I can say that it has been a pleasure doing business with them. Any maintenance issues that I've had, they've always been very prompt, professional and easy to work with. This office is full of genuinely good people and I appreciate that.
