I've been going to Crackpots for years and years with family and friends. Unfortunately, we will NOT ever go back. My son's pottery was sent home with another family. Yes, they got it back and I understand it's a mistake. But the offer to rectify for this mix up was one studio fee. I can get the BOGO studio fee online. They refused to give us two studio fee's so I could come back with my 3 year old to make the experience better. I feel there was no effort done to make the experience better and positive. RecommendedI love the people and this is a fun place for friends to connect and express themselves in painting pottery, etc. I want to keep finding new things to paint.
This place is awesome! I went for a work sponsored event but they had a huge assortment of pottery items to choose to paint, tons of colors and tools. Everything clean and organized. The staff was friendly and helpful. Excited to go back for a girls night or date night.

We love Crackpots. I nanny and I take the children there to make special gifts for their mamas. I also like to take my grandchildren there to make special gifts for themselves or their moms.
this place is so fun. I paint pretty stuff and use the bathroom. fun thing to do!
